How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic orders within Pakistan typically take 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-14 working days. Please note that formal wear and bridal collections may have longer lead times as specified on the product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges for items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Can I customize the size of an outfit?
We offer standard sizing ranging from Extra Small to Extra Large. For our formal and bridal collections, we provide custom stitching services based on your specific measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For international orders and local online payments, we accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Bank Transfers.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
