At Agha Noor Official, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a flexible returns and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of any discrepancies or return requirements.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and maintains all original tags and packaging, as items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original box along with the invoice and ship them back to our primary distribution center using a tracked courier service.

  Processing and Credit

  Once our quality control team approves the return, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange for a different size or design depending on stock availability.
